The 90-Day
Sequel Revival Roadmap.

We will not jump into full-scale ads or influencer marketing before correcting the basics. Fix the foundation, rebuild the story, then scale what is working.

Step 1
Correct & optimise platforms
Step 2
Restart content
Step 3
Build reach
Step 4
Ads & creator collabs
Step 5
Scale marketing
01 Audit & Optimisation Weeks 1 to 4
Core objective

Fix the foundation before scaling. Every platform should look current, accurate and active before paid media starts.

  • Audit and correct Google, Zomato, Swiggy and website information for both outlets.
  • Update menus, photos, timings, contact details, addresses and Instagram links.
  • Start Google posts and respond to recent reviews.
  • Restart Instagram with initial content: brand legacy, food philosophy and simple outlet experiences.
Phase 1 detail

Fix the foundation, platform by platform.

Google Business Profile

Update descriptions, photos, menus, timings, phone numbers, social links and Google posts for both outlets.

Zomato & Swiggy

Replace outdated photos, improve menu images, correct status and business hours, and improve review response discipline.

Website

Fix homepage banner quality, the official Instagram link, the updated menu, the online ordering CTA, location visibility and the Noon tab issue.

Instagram restart

Begin with brand legacy, food philosophy, Sequel memories and simple outlet experience posts.

02 Content & Reach Building Weeks 5 to 9
Core objective

Rebuild story, consistency and engagement. Increase content activity and learn what works before spending on media.

  • Softly introduce the "Some stories deserve a sequel" revival language.
  • Build trust through ingredient transparency, kitchen craft and menu stories.
  • Use Sequel Menu Stories to make dishes and beverages more memorable.
  • Build Sequel Moments across brunch, coffee, work meetings, dates and dinners.
  • Separate Bandra and Kala Ghoda content so each outlet has its own reason to visit.
  • Start identifying high-performing content for future boosting.
03 Full-Scale Marketing Week 9 or 10 onwards
Core objective

Scale what is working. Move from visibility to repeated reasons to visit.

  • Run paid media around high-performing content, menu stories, seasonal specials, brunch, dinner and wine moments.
  • Start creator and UGC collaborations with nutritionists, runners, yoga instructors, founders, architects, photographers and lifestyle creators, not only food bloggers.
  • Build community experiences: sip and paint, acoustic and jazz evenings, open mic sessions, book clubs, wellness collaborations and office partnerships.
  • Create location-specific campaigns: Bandra for emotion and neighbourhood lifestyle, Kala Ghoda for office lunches and rediscovery.
Where it leads

From visibility to a brand people keep coming back to.

Sequel does not need to be reinvented. It needs to be rediscovered, updated and made visible again across every digital touchpoint.

Ready when you are

Let's fix the foundation and start the revival.
